Si trova al secondo piano di una casa con un altro appartamento per vacanze. L'accogliente alloggio dispone di un soggiorno/sala da pranzo con un angolo cottura ben attrezzato, 2 camere da letto e un bagno e può ospitare 4 persone. L'appartamento, adatto ai bambini, è inoltre dotato di aria condizionata, TV satellitare e lettino per bambini. Il punto forte è la grande terrazza comune arredata dalla quale si può ammirare una vista sui tetti bianchi fino al luccicante mare. Gli ospiti condividono la terrazza con i visitatori di un altro appartamento e in estate è disponibile anche una tenda da sole ombreggiante. Un supermercato si trova a soli 120 metri di distanza. Ristoranti, bar e caffè sono nelle immediate vicinanze e la spiaggia sabbiosa più vicina, Playa de los Bateles, si trova a 900 metri o a 10 minuti a piedi dalla struttura. Il parcheggio è disponibile in strada. Lenzuola e asciugamani sono inclusi nel prezzo. Si prega di notare che potrebbero esserci normative governative sull'acqua in vigore al momento della visita, che potrebbero influire sull'uso della piscina, sull'irrigazione del giardino o limitare l'uso dell'acqua del rubinetto.

Young groups under the age of 30 are not allowed. The apartment Sebastian is situated in the centre of the popular holiday resort Conil de la Frontera. Located on the 1st floor of a house with another holiday apartment, the cosy accommodation consists of a living/dining room with a well-equipped kitchenette, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. The child-friendly apartment is also equipped with air conditioning, satellite TV and a baby bed. The highlight of the accommodation is the large, furnished sun terrace, where you can relax and enjoy a fantastic view over the city and the sea. The terrace is shared with visitors of the second-holiday apartment and in the summer there is also a shady awning available. A supermarket is only 120 m away. Restaurants, bars and cafés are in the immediate vicinity and the nearest sandy beach, Playa de Los Bateles, is 900 m or a 10-minute walk from the property. Parking is available on the street. The washer and dryer are in the communal area and can be used by both apartments. Please note that there may be governmental water regulations in place at the time of your visit, which may impact the use of the pool, garden watering or limit tap water usage.
