Jonge groepen onder de 30 jaar zijn niet toegestaan! Het appartement Sebastian 2 Alto ligt midden in de beroemde bestemming Conil de la Frontera. Het bevindt zich op de 2e verdieping van een huis met nog een ander vakantieappartement. De gezellige accommodatie heeft een woon-/eetkamer met een goed uitgeruste kitchenette, 2 slaapkamers en een badkamer en is geschikt voor 4 personen. Het kindvriendelijke appartement is ook voorzien van airconditioning, satelliet-tv en een babybed. Het hoogtepunt is het grote, gemeubileerde gedeelde terras vanwaar u uitkijkt over de witte daken naar de glinsterende zee. Gasten delen het terras met de bezoekers van een ander appartement en in de zomer is er ook een schaduwrijk luifeltje aanwezig. Een supermarkt ligt op slechts 120 meter afstand. Restaurants, bars en cafés bevinden zich in de directe omgeving en het dichtstbijzijnde zandstrand, Playa de los Bateles, ligt op 900 meter of 10 minuten lopen van de accommodatie. Parkeren is mogelijk op straat. Beddengoed en handdoeken zijn inbegrepen in de prijs.

Located on the 1st floor of a house with another holiday apartment, the cosy accommodation consists of a living/dining room with a well-equipped kitchenette, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. The child-friendly apartment is also equipped with air conditioning, satellite TV and a baby bed. The highlight of the accommodation is the large, furnished sun terrace, where you can relax and enjoy a fantastic view over the city and the sea. The terrace is shared with visitors of the second-holiday apartment and in the summer there is also a shady awning available. A supermarket is only 120 m away. Restaurants, bars and cafés are in the immediate vicinity and the nearest sandy beach, Playa de Los Bateles, is 900 m or a 10-minute walk from the property. Parking is available on the street. The washer and dryer are in the communal area and can be used by both apartments.
